Put on your formal attire, grab your honey and friends, and join us for a night full of dancing and fun!

Ticket price includes entry into DJ'ed event, complimentary first beer or glass of wine, use of photo booth, and appetizers & desserts.  There is also a choice of an upgraded ticket that includes shuttle to and from the event as well as a hotel room at Holiday Inn & Suites in Council Bluffs.  Shuttle will leave promptly from hotel at 5:30, so be sure to be on time!  We will do our best to accommodate room requests (king bed or two queens), but availability is on a first come basis.  Valid credit card and ID will be required to check into hotel room.

We strongly encourage you to dress the same decade as when your high school prom was or your funniest 4.20 apparel, but as long as you've got clothes on, you're good!

Willow Creek invites visitors to come and experience a rustic, country retreat just a short drive from the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro. Surrounded by trees, native grasses, and flowers, Willow Creek will take your breath away from the moment you step onto the property. We're Hiring!

Looking for a career change? We're hiring! 

As many of you know, we (Maritza and I) have handled most of the day to day operation of this business ourselves for years now. Other than the day of event help that we hire such as security or bar staff, it is usually us that you are dealing with. Things are going to be changing in 2020 though as we plan to add another full time member to our team!

With other opportunities presented to us to expand our horizons, we are going to be looking to hire somebody to help run the day to day operations of this business to allow us more time to pursue these opportunities. Don't worry, we aren't going anywhere, we still plan to be involved in the business but to allow for more time for us, we are going to bring on another person. This is going to be a salaried, year round/full time position with potential to make some pretty incredible bonuses as long as your goals are met.

The person that we will hire will absolutely be someone that will put our couples first. The person that we hire WILL show up to work on time, be self motivated, won't be afraid of breaking a sweat, can clean a toilet, mop a floor or wash a window. This person will also be versatile and help someone with pinning on a boutonniere or helping carry items from a guest's car. You will meet with new potential couples to show the property as well as meet with already booked brides to make sure all the details are worked out for their day. You will be responsible for all phone call, email and text message correspondence as well as dozens of other important things I haven't even mentioned. Oh yes, don't let me forget, you MUST be willing to work weekends. As in, every weekend for 6 months straight. Don't worry though, the other 6 months of the year gives you a chance to relax and hibernate during the winter months, for the most part.

The bottom line is you MUST be a reliable, hard working, energetic, fun, polite, passionate, caring, trustworthy person who loves life and loves to make other people happy. This is a very important day for many people and we want someone who is going to put in nothing but an A effort to exceed expectations. Preferably but not necessarily, the person that we will hire will have some experience in the wedding industry, has hosted events for a living or has been in the hospitality industry in some way. The bottom line is you have to be driven and goal oriented.

We will be looking at a start date of mid March, 2020. You might be asking yourself, "umm, that's a long ways out, why advertise now?". Well, the answer to that is simple. We are VERY serious about hiring "THE ONE" that will put our couples upon a pedestal and leave no doubt that they chose the right venue when they chose Willow Creek. We feel that we have only scratched the surface of what our venue has the capability of becoming despite the fact that we have already been in this business since the early 2000's .

The Chapel

You will be in awe of the 40 foot high ceilings and beautiful 360 degree view through glass in the chapel, allowing you to take advantage of whatever scenery nature decides to provide at the time. 

There's a separate building designated for the bridal party which has a full-length mirror and private bathroom, located a short walk from the chapel.

The chapel is available for wedding ceremonies, memorials, or naming services. We are a non-denominational chapel that can accommodate any ceremony, religious or not.   

The chapel is available on it's own Sunday through Thursday and on Friday and Saturdays with the rental of the Barn.

The chapel seats up to 168 guests in the pews. Additional seating may be brought into fit up to 220 guests.

The Barn

Our banquet hall "Barn" is available for wedding receptions, private parties, corporate events, business functions, conferences, church retreats, family reunions, or any time a unique setting is desired for your event.

The barn can accommodate up to 300 guests and features high, vaulted ceilings and follows the same natural, rustic theme that so many have already fallen in  love with at the chapel.  The rustic charm will captivate you at first look, inviting you to transform the interior to your desires.

The barn has a full bar, public restrooms, and plenty of room for a dance floor.  We are passionate about salvaging materials that would otherwise be trash in a dump and turn these items into beautiful parts of our building.

The Destination

Aside from the slight possibility of something maiming you out in the wilds of the country or getting your car a little dusty on a couple miles of gravel roads getting to Willow Creek, Shane & Maritza hope that everyone that spends their day with them has a remarkable time and they hope to see all of you that visit come back again and again for many years to come.

Locate Us
The best way to reach us is to take I-80 to exit 29
Head North for a mile and turn right onto County Road F66 (335th Street)
Take a left onto Winston Avenue and go a mile. 
Turn right onto 325th Street and our property is on the right hand side of the road. 
Follow the lane down to the buildings.

If you see a sign for a Level B/No Maintenance road, 
DO NOT use it. These roads are not maintained by the county and when wet can lead to a stuck vehicle.
